Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions for my maternity photography package.
The best time is in-between 34-37 weeks. At this stage your belly is nice and round but you are hopefully not too uncomfortable. You don’t want to have the shoot too late, just in case your baby decides to come early.
As I am currently in the transition phase of relocating, I do not have a studio. Therefore, we can choose an outdoor location for your maternity shoot, such as a park, beach etc. We could even take the photos in the comfort of your own home or garden. The choice is yours!
Maternity sessions usually last for 1 – 1,5 hours. This can depend on our location and how much walking we need to do.
We do not need perfect weather to get great photos but if it is really pouring with rain on this date, then we will reschedule for a time that is convenient to both of us.
Anything that makes you feel good and shows off your beautiful bump. If you feel good, you will look good! You’re more than welcome to bring a change of clothes and try a few different looks.
Yes, most definitely. As this is a maternity session, our main focus of the shoot is you and your bump. However, it’s also a lovely time to include your partner and children in the excitement. Just let me know exactly who is coming along to the shoot.
No, they will not be.
You will usually receive your online gallery within 3-4 weeks and shortly after this you will receive your USB. Depending on my current workload, this estimated time frame could be much shorter.
Your non-refundable booking fee is non-refundable. However, if for unseen circumstances you need to cancel and aren’t able to reschedule your maternity shoot, then you may use this as credit towards another shoot such as a newborn / baby lifestyle session or a family shoot.
Contact me ASAP during your pregnancy and we can figure out the best date for you. To secure your session I will need a signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee. I will then send you your ‘Maternity Welcome Package’ to enjoy.
